How will we track progress?
We agree review sessions, a visible delivery backlog and acceptance criteria. Changes to scope or priorities are discussed with you.
How does pricing work?
Discovery is paid and fixed-scope. Defined delivery uses agreed milestones; genuinely exploratory work can use a time-based or capacity model. Monthly support has explicit service boundaries. Your proposal separates platform, usage and hosting costs where applicable.
How do we know it made a difference?
Agree a baseline before implementation and review handling time, turnaround, errors, adoption and operating costs after launch. Include review, rework and support effort when assessing value. Code volume and agent activity are not measures of business success.
Who owns the finished work?
Intellectual property, repositories, accounts, licences and handover responsibilities are set out in the engagement agreement.
